Vice Admiral Paras Nath is a retired Admiral from Indian Navy. During approx. 40 years of commissioned service the Admiral has held numerous Operational and Administrative appointments. During his Commands at Sea he took on extremely challenging and critical assignment of National Importance. The Flag Officer has proved to be an outstanding Administrator and Finance Controller at senior appointment Naval Headquarters/Ministry of Defense. During his command of the biggest Material Depot at Mumbai, he brought about far reaching changes and automation which ensured timely and cost effective management of Naval Inventory of approx. 4.5 lacs items. His ability to negotiate with Foreign Suppliers has been instrumental in uninterrupted supply chain to the Naval Ships and Submarines. His last appointment in the Navy was that of chief of Logistics which he had for 4½ years, the longest ever held by any office predecessors.
He was the Chairman and Managing Director of PTC India Ltd and PFS. Mr. Thakur has over 30 Years of extensive experience, as a member of the Indian Audit and Account Service in Treasury Management, Financial Management, Accounts, Cash Management, Budgeting and Budgetary Control. In his previous assignment (since June 1995) as Director (Finance & Financial Operations), Power Finance Corporation Ltd., New Delhi he was responsible for mobilizing resources for the company (a Development Financial Institution for the Power Sector in India) for on-lending to power projects in the public sector (both state and central) as well as in the private sector including captive power plants. As the Chief Finance Officer and Director on the company’s Board, he had the crucial role in not only arranging funds both from the domestic and international capital markets and the multilateral and bilateral institutions, but also in structuring products like term loans, working capital loans, technical assistance, guarantees for borrowings, advisory and consultancy services, etc. to the Company’s clients in the power sector. He effectively managed the foreign exchange risks as well as the interest risks for the foreign exchange borrowings and investments.
Dr. Kohli has done his engineering from IIT Roorkee, Post Graduate in Management from Manchester and Doctorate in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. He has over 33 years of experience in Corporate, Planning Commission, Consultancy & professional organization. He serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Alstom Projects India Ltd. He is presently the Chairman Emeritus of the Construction Industry Development Council and Engineering Council of India. He is a former Chairman & MD of Power Finance Corporation (PFC), President of Council of India Employers (CIE) and President All India Management Association. He has been adviser to international bodies such as Asian Development Bank, UNDP/UNIDO/UNOPS for various countries such as Papua New guinea, Tanzania, China and Maldives. .
Mr. V.S. Ailawadi,:
Mr. Ailawadi is a former IAS officer with over 33 years of experience in Public Administration and Urban Infrastructure Development in the state as well as Central Government. He has also served as CEO of DDA in Delhi. He was appointed as a member of first National Committee for Privatization of existing and New Airports on BDO and BOT. He was the first Chairman of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission.
Mr Fellhauer had 40+ years of experience in Wind Energy sector in the USA and in currently heading one of the fastest growing renewable energy company for both Wind and Solar power sector in the USA and South East Asia. He has been an integral part of the Renewable Energy Association, USA and has been instrumental in the development of renewable energy sector in the USA especially on the East Cost region.
Miss Heib has 15+ years of experience in business expansion in wind energy sector in the Europe and UK. Renewable energy and energy efficiency specialist, co-founder of Bettervest GmbH, Sales Manager Eastern Europe (wind turbines) of PowerWind GmbH (2008-2012), Project Engineer SunTechnics GmbH (2006-2008), International Sales manager in the export within the Conergy AG (2005-2006), project manager renewable and energy-efficient energy technologies.
